I have a SWC double hung Vinyl Window. I need replacement parts for the following: -Metal tilt pin of the bottom sash -Metal receiving "drum" for the tilt pin on the side of the frame (see photo, both sides broke)

The part that I just received from eBay is obviously not the correct part. Greetings, I no longer am able to open window without slightly pushing the window open. When opening the window, the crank gets stuck. Slightly pushing the window out enables me to further turn the crank. Can you pls provide the product number for this item. Many thanks, Chris
