I would like to replace window balances that are block and tackle. Windows were installed 2002 and otherwise appear in good shape. Vinyl, double hung, tilt out. Balance for upper sash appears same as lower sash. Approximately 6 windows, all same height (60"). I found labels with AAMA certificat ... (cont.)

Hello, hopefully you might be able to help me on this, seals have detiorated, units were made in 2003. This is a crank out window, it appears the seal slides into a slot or groove in the side and top of the window. Approximately 1/2" wide, 3/8" deep. I am trying to find the right sash. You can see that I have ordered a number of sashes, but none of those are correct. Can you find me the correct replacement? You can send me as many as you need to help expedite this replacement.

I have an American Craftsman series 70. Size52x37. I need a balance coil for the left side (looking out). the coil is supported by part # 801020. Not sure what the lb. coil it takes. Will it be OK to replace just the one side? Thank you for any assistance.

We can't find this exact piece for storm door windows

This channel balance fell out of the frame of my window. It is identified with a stamp of 28B USA. It measures 29 inches long metal end to metal end. The marking is not visible in a photo.

Hi there! I have a problem where both of the pivot bars on our hung window have sheered off. I am trying to figure out a replacement, and am having a hard time doing so. I don't need an exact replacement, but anything that could do the trick would be helpful.
