Update after reading more on your website. Metal piece is 30 inches, though there is a stamp 29. Plastic piece extends past metal 3/4 inch.

I have Nuair windows. My home was built in 2005. The balance lengths measure 30" (metal to metal), 1/2" wide and are stamped with this number 29-2 KX CMC 7. Is this enough info for you to determine what replacements I need?
