I have a drawer that measures 20" deep and it's 23-3/8" from the front of the cabinet to the inside back where 32-018 would be mounted. Which length slide do I need? 32-060 or 32-061? Thx!

Cannot find a model # but handle/latch belongs to our sliding glass door. Only info says "Reflectolite Product, Sun Valley CA" on it. House built in 1990, so from that timeframe. The handle has loosened and cannot be tightened any more. Would really like to know if there is a replacement availab ... (cont.)

The inside handle broke off of our sliding door. The door is about 17 years old. We are looking for something to replace to fit the door or just the handle itself. It measures 5 inches screw to screw. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Made by Acadia, installed in 1973. Plastic handles are failing, cracking and breaking off. Hole centers are 4-7/8". Are replacements available in any style? Thanks

Attached is the only photo I have at this time of a metal bifold door pin.It is bolted to the door with adjusting by sliding the door up or down. The pin is bent under the door.To install/uninstall remove screws and pull/push door away from pin. The pin, whats left of it, is one piece. What's not ... (cont.)

Your take-out clip on your website shows the overall height dimension to be 1 1/4". As you can see from my attached picture, mine is only about 7/8" tall. Will your clip work for my window?

The sash measures 27 inches not counting the plastic end pieces. On the sash the number is 27B BSI TP and the plastic piece is: 1810108

I need help finding replacement rollers for my pocket doors. The rollers have a "W" stamped on them and "USA" below it. There is something above the "W" but can't tell what it is which makes me think maybe it's a crown.

Hello, I need to replace the coil balance assembly, pivot bar and pivot shoe for Simonton window top and bottom. I have attached pictures of the parts and window numbers. I have no idea what the number is on the coils but it appears to be double coils. Anne
