I recently replaced both 81-112 door rollers and the 6' door track. I have adjusted the height up and down many times but the door is very slow and sticky. I have also used your recommended slide lube. Please help. Any suggestions?.

Hi I have Kolbe Sterling Double Hung Windows from 2010 and need some spare parts - the hinge that allows the bottom window to slide up and down and pivot inside for cleaning. Attached are the photos. Would you be able to identify and supply? Thanks for your help Steve
