Hi, I need to replace these two on my window and found the number on the channel is 27-4. I no longer have the metal hook that attaches into the slot on the window frame but it looks like the image from your website which I also included in my photos.

Looking for the shoe for this window. It's from a mobile home window. It had a spring connected to the top hook. Not traditional channel balance.
