Need replacement

I have one window that weighs 11.5 lbs. I need 2 replacement channel balances. The length from metal to metal excluding the plastic ends is 14-5/8" and the other dimensions are 9/16" x 5/8". This bathroom window appears to be missing the hand crank that opens and closes it. I do not know what kind of part I need that fits this style of window. Please advise on the type of window hardware I need to install here. Thank you!

I need to replace single hung, non-tilt ,block and tackle window sash balances. Old part has 2940 BS1 stamped on it. Channel width 1/2", length of metal 30",channel depth 5/8".
