Its an emtek 322. The inner rotating part that moves the regular latch in and out is broken. No Idea for the complete assembly part or I need the broken part number. I don't care either way. Would be nice to have info for both options. Thx.

Existing balance is from a Seasonshield sh window. 30 inch length / 1/2 inch channel w/ID # "29 5 IX CMC 7"

Another St. Charles part request. These stationary rollers support a blind corner drawer. 1-1/8" OD, 1/4" wide rubber tire. 3/16" cotter pin axle.

I have crestline windows that were installed in 2001. Truth is stamped on the hardware and they are dual arm however the ones i saw on the site do not connect to the bracket that is on the window. Please help if you can. thanks for your help.george

Hello. I need 2 replacement balance springs for my 26-pound single hung window sash. There was no color tip when I removed both of them. they are 3/8" diameter and the rods themselves are 28-1/2". Is this common? It is neither 28" or 29". Does it matter if I replace with either of those sizes? Thank ... (cont.)

I need to replace two of these window latches. I'd describe them as dark bronze in color with holes measuring 2-3/8" center to center. There are no identifiers other than the VIKING brand name.

This is the hook that attaches to the outside frame and when the door is closed it hooks and holds the door locked. The hook on the end broke and I can't seem to find this when searching the web.
