I need two of these single hung window balances. The total length, with the plastic end pieces included, is 18"

I want to get the screw covers for this door to then paint the trim. The door trim is plastic. Can I paint it or can I buy replacement trim? The outside trim has yellowed from the sun. Please let me know. Thank you so much!

These windows are 41 years old, and the original weather seal material is very worn/deteriorated. Size looks like 3/16" x 3/16" Also, it does not have a plastic backing, but appears to be a woven material, which is somewhat flexible. I am looking for replacement hinges for Marvin casement windows. Long bar that screws to sash is 7 5/8"L and the short arm from sash to jamb is 5 1/2"L

Someone gave my wife and I some bedroom furniture in great condition. There are two dresser drawers that have issue with the "slide".
