need crankout hardware for marvin integrity windows071820000 0317

I need 15 of the plastic part that holds the bar in place that travels up and down. The crestline product was custom rcs casement crestfit.

We ordered twelve of the 15-195 shoes to service our units' window balances. But they don't fit. The only issue our maintenance supervisor mentioned is the thickness of the shoe. The shoe removed from our windows is 3/8" thick. The shoe we ordered and received is 1/2" thick (top to bottom), too tal ... (cont.)

There are no markings at all. Arm is 5 1/4 with wheel at end. And hole pattern is 3 inches apart. ** This is for a Garden window by the sink and has a window that vents open at the top of the window with the crank handle and arm to open and close the window.

I am looking for a replacement mortise lock. there is no manufacturer name listed on it. The second picture shows the numbers on the part I want to replace. This lock had rods that attach that pin the top and bottom as well. I do not need the rods.

Distance from center of hole to center of hole on locking mechanism is 2 and 1/16 inches. Underside of locking mechanism as shown in picture has "2 R". Latch receiver distance from center of hole to center of hole is 1 inch. Trying to replace these part, as some are broken or missing. ... (cont.)
