I can't find this operator and was wondering if you could help me. I can get all the dimensions except for the arm length. It looks to be between 2 and 2¹/8 inches. Hi, I seem to have an in-between size for a channel balance. It's 26.5" long. Does this need to be custom made? I need 2 whole channel balances for a single window in my home. I was able to identify the number "81165" on it.
