Hi, I have old sunair window. Channel balance need to be replaceed. It says 2740 on it. There are also no take out clip. Which part should I order? I think we need 28 inch one.

2265 handle on inside - broken switch lock

My windows have no clips or place for clips. There is nothing to hold springs in window sides. Are there special parts for manufactured homes?

Distance between the two screws is approx. 2 3/8 inches lock is stripped and broken; looking to replace.
