Hi, I have a Gapco Window that is missing both channel balances. The window sash measures 20 3/8 in high by 34 in wide. I want to know what length would work. I have a few different size Andersen windows that require balance replacements. What's the easiest way to find out which balance I need for each window.

I can identify the majority of parts, but need help on the second coil balance attached to the pivot shoe. Here is what I have determined: Shoe - 15-192 coil - S171-406 2nd coil - ?? Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our 24-837 Andersen sash balance, which can replace balance boxes with the stamp 827.

My existing spiral sash balances are 3/8" X 29" with a yellow tip. The removable aluminum tilt sash in a single hung window weighs 25lbs. I did not see "YELLOW" as a selectible tip color in your color guide. What color should I purchase to replace the two balances in this window? ... (cont.)
