This Latch has"LT" in front of a house as the logo. The sticker in the window is dated for 1993. It is a dual hung vinyl window. I am trying to discover the maker of this window. The mechanisms stick and the latches will not latch locked. Can anyone identify the LT logo of this vinyl window lat ... (cont.)

I'm trying to identify the parts needed to replace the opening mechanisms fore these windows. Some will need need replacement of the tracks under the window (where the opening arm/wheel fits into), but I do not have a picture of the track.

In 2014 I installed Milgard casement windows. The lower hinge for a same size window in the attached pictures broke and requires replacement. I am unable to get the part from Milgard. Additionally, the operators for 3 of the windows are corroded. I've not been able to find hardware that matches ... (cont.)
