We recently moved into our home and the screen door appears to be missing a part (or two) as it is very difficult to lift the latch to open from the outside.

I need a crank handle that will fit the attached pictures.The window is 15 - 20 years old. Need it ASAP, SOLD HOUSE AND NEED TO FIX IT IT.

This pivot shoe was damaged within the tract, so I removed it and need a replacement piece. Looking at the window this shoe is from the right side. The shoe was attached to a coiling piece of sheet metal that I needed to unscrew from within the tract. Thank you for your help! On the shoe itself is: ... (cont.)

This broke from the top when I was closing the window. Attached are two photos, one I am holding up the string and another letting drop. The visible glass on the lower sash is 36.5W x 23H Seeking advice on what I need to have someone fix it. Already tried Pella service.

Further to my recent telecon on the above, pls see attached the images of the current balance and the top sash guides both of which need to be replaced The balance length is 29" and the width is approx 1/2" As i need these very urgently, I would really appreciate your help in identifying the part ...
