WE have Kolbe double hung, tilt in windows throughout the house. Due to age (about 30 years)many of the window mechanisms break when the windows are tilted in. Hoping someone can identify this nylon bushing that goes on the bottom of a vinyl sash. They are about 9/16" in diameter.

The covers are white plastic, measuring 4"L x 11/16"H x 1/2"D...also 8"L x 11/16"H x 1/2"D. House was built in 1999 and has the original windows. I saw your response to the individual about the hook clip on the end of the S795-27C series channel balance. It comes with the top screw clip and the 15-195 T-Lock balance. We recently book this home, and I'm trying to find a replacement glazing bead for this sliding glass door. I looked all around door frame, head, and jambs, but no model no or label. Hardware has Andersen label. Also, what would cause the glazing bead to buckle like this?
