Looking for replacement parts for my windows, but I don't know the manufacturer. Found a bar code on one of the screens: 4011298010001 CW 025 2X5 RT-UH. Appear to have been manufactured in 2000.

I have a double exterior french door by Jeld Wen that has a broken lower slide lock that I am looking for a replacement. I have attached a photo.

I need to replace our window balance on a couple of our windows. There is FT B 1 printed on the round tube, and it is 29" long. I attached some pictures. I believe the windows were installed in 2000 or 1999. Any help would be appreciated. Kevin

Hello. The original spring says 35. I don't know which one exactly.

Please see the attached photos. The length of the channel balance is 31 11/16th inches and the width is 1/2 inch wide. The window was made by Insulate Windows out of Kent/Auburn, Washington approximately in 2004. I would need 2 channel balances as replacements.
