Need some help. The inside handle works- the outside just hangs down. Could it be a spring or something? I know there aren't exact replacements - there is 5 1/2 inches between the screws. I am trying to locate the trim as it appears on the pictures. The windows go back to 2007 and the plastic has deteriorated to the point that it is very brittle and needs replacement. Any help would be appreciated, most probably by all the owners of our condominium.
