I am in need of a replacement hinge for my Aristocraft corner cabinet door. My cabinets were installed in 2003. Attached is a picture of the hinge and also of the cabinet. The hinges are on the right hand size. Please advise if available.

Everything works. Thumb latch lever broken. Only need the thumb lever. Part number for handle is 060-1255, I know it's discontinued.
