These Solar Industries Inc. windows were purchased in April 1999 through Home Depot. The window mechanisms seem to work fine except that the hand crank part is breaking on all of them. Don't know the brand of window but the spring in the hung window sash assembly broke off. Would prefer the assembly unit instead of just the spring/coil. Any ideas of part number and if you carry it. Thanks
