No numbers or markings of any kind. Do not know brand of window. Cannot remove existing latch without braking it. The small catch pieces have broken off another window.

The piece inside the handle seems stripped, turning the handle to open or close the window is a problem.

House was built in 1991, casement Peachtree windows in need of weather stripping replacement (snap into groove)

looking for the lock receiver for a screen door locking mechanism for a wilmar screen door purchased ~ 1998. i believe that the small metal piece (what i called a lock receiver) is faulty and would appreciate info on a replacement

Hi, we have a window crank arm that is not working (probably was opened too far) and needs replacing. I am attaching a photo. I'm looking to replace the balances on an original window in our 1999-built home. I believe it is a non-tilt sash window (vertical slide) and appears to have spiral balances. Any help/advice you could offer would be most welcome. Thanks! - Jeff

I need replacement channel balances for 4 vinyl windows. They are stamped 26 5 EP Caldwell. Metal measures 27" I also need a replacement channel balances one vinyl window. It is stamped 32 6 FP Caldwell. Metal piece measures 33". See pictures.
