I have a customer who needs a right hand and left hand window operator for the old M & W vinyl clad windows. The size for both windows is 2850. He is in need of all hardware, handles, covers, locks, and operators. I was sent here from Ply Gem Windows.

Hi, have a customer who is missing the crank and lock assembly on a roto window they have. The sticker inside the window has the following numbers. Factory order# 46831 Window order # 2523 Also has 1H9E 110-692194 Thanks

the latch on this window broke and the crank is stripped. I don't see any identifying marks on the window. Can you help?

Hello- I am looking to replace both the left hand and rh operator assemblies for my bay window. They are truth but don't have numbers on them. 5 inch center to center for blind mounting. I ordered part # 39187 & 39188 because according to your site those where the replacement. The arm that is attached to the gear is different and does not allow the window to close. Is there a different part that I needed or do I need to position the arm in a different spot on the window? Any help wo ... (cont.)

This is the right hand window. Will need both the left and right along with covers and cranks in white.Thank you.

The top arm is 5" long. The arm from the crank housing is 4" to the pivot point. The clip in the middle slides onto the open end of the top arm. Screw holes for attaching the unit onto the window are 5" on center.

Looking for a replacement for the attached Truth operator in LOW PROFILE - not the exact same operator as shown. Thanks!

Trying to find the opposite handed crank assembly.

I am looking for the attached crank assemblies. I have multiple windows where the swing arm is bent. It shows part number 30615 / 30894 on the assembly and part number 40397 on the swing arm.

I recently purchased the 39-187 to replace my old window crank. I think I should have ordered the 39-089, but there still seems to be a slight difference. The secondary crank arm on mine seems to be shorter than the 39-089. My secondary arm is 3 1/2". Do I need to change to a different stud bracket ... (cont.)

I ordered the 39-187, but it doesn't fit my window. My window won't close with it installed; there's not enough room for the bent arm to fit into the window, so it won't close.
