Thanks for writing in. This number has indeed been associated with the 38-089 & 39-090 Dyad Operators. However, old product codes are seldom the most reliable way of identifying the right replacement. Compare your operator's dimensions for those listed for the 39-089 and 39-090, and let us know ... We built the house in 1992 and I now need to replace some of the window cranks. The windows are Aloca and each window has a number 4092 on them. What more do you need to know from me to suggest replacements?

I ordered the 39-188 and 39-187 dyad cranks and I received them this week. I attempted to install them; however, they do not fit correctly. The crank arm zigzag is a different shape, which does not allow the window to close entirely. I ordered these parts based on the dimensions from the website - 5 ... (cont.)

I purchased a window dyad crank with a 5 inch arm #39-090. I need one with a 4 1/2 inch arm. Is it possible to get this? I don't see it on your web site.

The crank is worn and screws that hold it to window frame are stripped. It looks like the window Dyad crank on your website that has 83/4 lever arm but the lever arm on this crank is 41/2 inches. Mine is very similar to 39-090. It's truth brand. It's 5 inch. On mine the small bar is 3". Will that be a problem?

# 4505601 us patent for kitchen window single right hand opening. the gear came out don't know it there's a way to put it back together or if i need a new one. The arms measured 5" and 4 3/4" distance between the mounting holes is 5". 5 3/8" wide.
