I purchased the 39-090 operator and I tried to install it and the measurements were off. I have taken a photo of my original part to the part I ordered. If you could please offer a better recommendation that would be great.

I would like to replace my casement window crank operator. As you can see in the picture that it is rusted and does not operate very easily. I am having trouble determining which operator would be correct. It looks something like the 39-090 but I'm not sure. Thanks, Phil

Within the operator housing I see the following numbers: 30615 / 30894 My broken operator looks just like product code 39-090, with a different arm and link length.

I have a casement window that needs a new operator. It looks just like your 39-090, with one exception: the outer arm is 5". The outer arm on my operator is 3-1/2" Am I overlooking something? Can you get that operator?

In my photo you can see that the new crank that you sent has a longer arm. On the new crank that you sent the number on the arm is 40395. My old crank with the gold arms has no number on that arm. Windows manufacturer cannot be identified. Crank mechanism needs replacing. Gear axle pops out and doesn't stay in place. Now gear of crank does not engage with hand crank, and may be worn.
