I need to replace a broken crank. I am not sure if it is right or left hand handle. Milgard part numbers are for right hand HL0201WH and for left hand HL 0200WH. Hi. Please direct ne to the correct replacement part. The balance shoe on one side is definitely broken and I am happy to replace both. I think the spiral balance rods are actually still ok (at least on this window). I do have others to fix as well. I just watched a video on another site which ... (cont.)

Hi, this window will not fully close without someone pushing the window on the outside. There is a small piece of the linage broken, it looks like it is supposed to snap on to a small head but it is worn away and won't stay clipped on. The linkage says "interlock p1090;" this only brings up Austra ... (cont.)
