39-095 Andersen Straight Arm Operator, 9 3/8" arm

This is an early 1980's Andersen window. The crank works fine but the gripper part that slides over the window section to pull it in is broken. Can the piece only be replaced. If not, can the whole operator be replaced? Alice

I need three replacement arms and I'm pretty sure they are 39-095 and 39-094 make sure I have the right size and side. The back is marked 7191-2 which are called left, there is an L on the arm. I'm not sure, I have seen Andersen as well as other manufacturers use both inside looking out and outside looking in window operator series to series to describe the handing over the years.
