39-097 Pella Window Crank

Hello We'd like to replace these Pella casement window cranks with folding ones. These have always interfered with our blinds. Is this possible? The window is from early 1990s.

Please identifiy this operator. I look like the slide on the bottom hing is broken. I have added a photo of the top hinge Thanks

issue: crank spins but doesnt open the window. Marking says 1997, and Pella. Note that there are two identical windows and the pictures are from the right side window that still works. I am looking for the parts that open with the hinges on the left.

These are probably 25 years old Pella windows. The serial number is PELLA-1299-DCWCMFX1Z1-053A076APRI-521S-NFRC The gears don't turn, the hook doesn't latch on 3. Two others won't open.
