hi. I need various parts to replace. I noticed that some of the reasons for the windows being damaged are small plastic parts have become brittle and have fallen off causing part to come out of track.

The hard is in a Bonneville mulled double casement. We'll need one left and one right hand. The mechanism has become loose over time and falling out of the guide track so it requires removing the screen to pull the window in so the outside "roller" beyond the middle of the guide track then the mech ... Here are photos of two different operators. First one is a 45251. Second one has numbers on parts, 20544, 30470 L.H. and 30636. I need to replace both of them.

Hello, There is a double casement kitchen window in a house I purchased built around 1985-86. It appears the builder never replaced the plastic "construction" covers/handles. L 31538A on the part, the winder is inoperable.
