hardware is truth entry gard. these windows are 1994 vintage and i am told they are posey brand windows. the window has been used hard, blown open in past wind storms and do not operate well. hinge plates and arms have been bent. i dont know if operator requires replacement but feel like i shoul ... Semco Window was installed in 2002. Crank is on the right side when looking out. Appears to have a single straight arm about 9 inches long. Actual part has "Truth" name on the arm. Also need a white or beige crank handle.

The arm measures about 9 inches. The house was built in 1960 and I assuming they are original windows. I am not sure of the brand of window as I didn't see any identifiers on it.

I have four (4) covers that have broken and a couple repaired but still not right. I need to buy new covers.
