Looking to replace 3 window cranks on windows. They are Polaris windows.

The measurement of the outer screws on the base plate - center to center is 4-3/8". The measurement of L30841 bracket from where it's attached to the operator to the joint of the other bracket is 4" - center to center. before I start replacing the hinges with products from your company, I was hopeful you would guide me on how to adjust the crestline casement window. Crank threads are stripped, window opens but can't close by crank. Hoping to go through and replace all in house. Windows ordered by previous homeowners so don't know anything more.
