Hi, My window cranks are not working. What is the replacement part number? I also assume that the left hand one is the one you open with the left hand and right is the right hand one?

These are on either side of a picture window. The photos are showing the left window as you face it inside. The letters and numbers I see on the system are: EasyGuard, Truth, Made in USA, 20810, R30842. I think I need new parts, including the whole assembly and the crank handles. Can't find anyon ...
