We can't find any markings anywhere on these windows and our hunt for paperwork with a brand name of the windows came up empty. All we know is that they are approximately 20 years old. This is an older bay window, the sticker says Eagle window and door inc. Want to get different hardware some of these are broken and would like a different color.

Need to replace a number of KK window mechanisms in 35 year old log home in Wisconsin. Most come off track and cannot be closed for inside house. Operator shaft piece isn't able to close the window. It can pick up the gears to open the window but just rotates on closing. It looks a little striped. Is there anyway I can just replace the shaft piece? The screws attaching the dual arms to the window look almost impossible to reach unless the who ... (cont.)

I have a mechanism that needs replacing (left and right sides). When closing the windows the pinion gear pushes out. I'm not sure if you can read it from the attached picture but it is a Truth mechanism. The wheel that the arm attaches to is a 30842L and the arm that comes off that is a L30841. The ... (cont.)
