39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover

I have a left swing window and a right swing window as pictured. I want to be sure I order the right parts.

you can see in 0-2.jpeg that the plate has broken at the bottom screw. THis is I believe lincoln patio door hardware, butI don't have any parts numbers. I did measure as below. Do you have this part ? The last picture I attached is a part that is 6". Do you have the operator with that 6" arm ?

Need to find 2 replacements ASAP. Can open but not close the window. House built in 1986 and Bilt Best Windows are no longer made. This is 5 1/4 " long and 1" deep. Can you please help?!

My mother needs to replace handles and covers on her Kolbe Windows. Age of the windows are unknown. We think these are the original windows from when her twin home was built approx. in 1987.

I need to replace both of these window operators as in pictures posted. They both have the word "Truth" engraved on the parts. Both operators are for left side crank windows. I'm replacing bronze covers and handles in favor of white and thought the folding crank handle would work here (as it has on every other window in the house), but it doesn't seem to. Is the 39107 an appropriate replacement for this T handle?

Morning I have this crank out . When you try to crank in the screw pushes out of assembly. The window crank and gear assembly cranks out towards the left from inside of house. I know first photo shows cranking to right. I took that because I can't open window assembly I need. If this work I have oth ... (cont.)
