Hi - Would you know what these are? I need two white covers and one brown. Some are pretty stripped so ideally we could try a few handles as well. Thanks!!

Hi, Both cranks on the window are broken and need replaced. When I contacted United Window they told me that they no longer make this window. They suggested that I contact you for replacement parts.

My mom thinks these are Crestline windows installed in new construction in 1994, little thin retaining ring, a bushing & a locking ring for the cover perhaps She tried closing the window and the crankscrew backed all the way out of the mechanism and popped the case off.
