Hi, Both cranks on the window are broken and need replaced. When I contacted United Window they told me that they no longer make this window. They suggested that I contact you for replacement parts.

My mom thinks these are Crestline windows installed in new construction in 1994, little thin retaining ring, a bushing & a locking ring for the cover perhaps She tried closing the window and the crankscrew backed all the way out of the mechanism and popped the case off. I am trying to locate some window hardware that will work for a casement window latch similar to the pictured. I would like help with replacing the pictured crank handle with a smaller profile T-handle ( I need 3) so vertical blinds don't stack on top of current crank handle when lowered.
