Hello, I'd appreciate your help in identifying a broken window operator mechanism. It's a Truth Hardware piece. The long arm is 9.44" long and the short hand with the joint is 8" long. I'd appreciate it if you sent me a link to purchase a compatible window operator. Thanks, Lee

I am looking to replace both of the operators on my casement windows. One the gear units has completely strip and the other, I am sure, will be right behind it. The brand is Entry Guard. 13 45054 is on the handle of this Clausen window handle. The large opening on the handle measures 11/16 and the smaller on the handle itself is 6/16 of an inch. I also need the base that the handle fits in. Thank you!

Hi, I dont know how to remove this but hope to figure it out when I get the new part. The only number I saw was 20810. Hope you can fix me up with the necessary parts to be able to close my window.Thanks,Steve

All I know is the the entry guard and truth msrkingd are on it. And I think the number20810 is what it reads . I appreciate response asap if possible thankyou

I need parts I don't know need left and right side

The steel part shown above with the spines is loose it is not stable inside of the cover.I think that is why it won't open or close the window? There are no visible screws as you can see.My house was built in 2004 in Rockford IL.

Hi, My cranking mechanism pulls away from the window when cranking. The 2 screws (that hold the cranking mechanism to the window), when tightened, do not hold the mechanism any more. the screws do not seem stripped, but perhaps the housing for the screws are stripped? Hi: My crank broke on the left side. The part that mounts to the window on the inside broke off. It looks at LOT like this crank but the arm is much longer, like 12.5 inches. It says R.O.W. on the side. It's very old but maybe you have a part that would work. It's for the left window if you are in the house looking at the window and the window opens to the left. Thank you!
