The brass insert popped out, seems like some threads from the casing were stuck in the threads of the insert. Can't get the brass insert back in. Seems like the casing a stripped. No other markings on the window, except on the handle. Can the mechanism be replaced? Does the window have to be r ... (cont.)

We have several small Malta awning windows and the crank out part seems to be stripped or something. You can crank it out, but it won't crank back in to close it. Can you help?

I have a project house built in 1978 using SEMCO awning windows and need a few crank handles. The interior spline/gear dimension appears to be 3/8" but the exterior entry to that is a bit larger like 7/16". Will this 39-104 work?

I cannot close this window. There is a circular disk that keeps coming out as I try to close window. Not sure how it supposed to stay in the hole or if it is stripped out. Thank you, Tony

This is the same as another windows operator that is broken. I can get some info from the crank and window but not the operator, so I need to know what part number I can use to replace it. Any help would be really great, thank you!

No identifying information. Do not want to disassemble sash until I can find replacement. (wood sash needs to be removed on sides/bottom to get to mechanism) NO visible screws without removing sash. House built in early 1970's. Width of cast cover is 5".
