Hello! I was wondering if you could tell me which part I need to order for a small casing/ crank window. I have included pictures of the broken crank. There are multiple part numbers on it. Thank you.

The crank broke and we cannot open or close our window. It looks like it is the bracket that broke off. Do you have the part or a whole crank system that would work with our push out window? Thank you for any assistance you can give.

The crank is stripped. The crank handle says craftline the inner part says truth. There are no part numbers that I can see.

Hi there my dual arms operator broke its Diamond shape that goes inside the operator I was wondering if 39-140 would work for me or u have different opinion "check pictures "

I do not see any markings on the diamond shaped window mechanism. The awning type window cannot be opened. Contractor asked me purchase this window part. He intends to replace the whole diamond shaped mechanism so the window can be opened.

It is for a small bathroom window. The handle broke off. This is a picture of the part.

Hello! I have a Truth dual arm operator, and last night the entire handle popped out, including the shank inside. What part do I need to fix it? The width from the the end of one arm to the other is 16". The arms are in fine shape, but the operator either needs to be fixed or replaced. Thanks! ... (cont.)

I need help identifying the exact part. The part i need seem to be made by Truth and has the following number on it which may be a part number "45142".

This part became severely rusted and unusable. The rest of the window is in good shape. Any help you can provide with replacement part would be greatly appreciated. The brass insert popped out, seems like some threads from the casing were stuck in the threads of the insert. Can't get the brass insert back in. Seems like the casing a stripped.
