Hi, I need to purchase some replacement parts for my 2 older model Weather Shield awning style windows. I need new cranks and the part the crank screws into. The elbow part of the mechanism is fine. I'm uploading some photos for identification. Thank you!

This is a Truth. Body #45206, inside arms say #40510 and 40511, and outside arms both say 30895A. Do you have this part?

Crank don't work window don't pull shut

I have an Anderson awning window and the crank is stripped out and I need the replacement operator. 30895 is the number on the operator and shown in the picture

Hello! I know this is a truth hardware awning operator but I want to make sure I get the right one. Can you tell? This is an incredible feature on your site.

I need to replace the gear assembly for the awning window, the gears are shot and I cannot open the window, pictures are of the same window next to the bad one.

We ordered part 39-140 to replace the part shown in the pictures. Everything matches, except the 39-140 part does not have the 'holes' as shown in the pictures provided. Do you have another part that would match the pictures?

Is the Swisco part 39-083 a good matching replacement for Truth part 30895A ? thanks

Looking to find the right info to order the awning crank for this Marvin Window which is approximately 17 inch wind by 13 inches tall. The cartridge is shot and I believe that I need to replace the crank. The current and original is a TRUTH item but I can't find any numbers on it. Thank you ... (cont.)

Large dual arms 7in and 10in (other dual arm operator is slightly smaller) Othe cranks are 10in and 4 inch.

Probably Jelco cranks dating from the 1990's. Threaded insert (male) popped out, You can see three set screws added in an attempt to fix. (Didn't last for long.)
