I have a dilemma . I see the part number 15-046 that looks exactly like mine. But the measurement of the 15-046 is 1/2 inch thick. I purchased the 15-047 pivot shoe worked on the bottom window but when you turn it around for the top window the little tab inside the black insert is on the wrong end.

I have a Pivot Lock Shoe that looks like 15-047, including the black cam, and matches all dimensions except for the thickness. I measure 9/16 inches with the cam fully recessed for raising and lowering the window. With the cam extended when tilting the window, I measure 5/8 inches. The channel ho ... (cont.)

Hi, Please assist with which parts I need for tilt windows. The upper spiral balance is 26" (from metal tube edge to edge) and the lower sash is 29". I believe the width is a bit more than 1/2" wide with a red tip. That would be Series 600? The tubes and parts are fairly covered with grease ... (cont.)
