hello, i need to replace the shown window crank

Has number 20810 on short arm and Entry Guard TRUTH on long arm. Also has 40471 on the base part

Stamped on the hardware is Entry Gard TRUTH and 20544.

Good morning. The window is located in a ocean community home so rusty is an issue. I need left hand and right hand operators, tracks and hinges. Hinges for top and bottom please. It's a bay window that still has the glass sealed. Amy help is appreciated

I have 2 casement windows, both about 20 years old, where the roller/bushing is popping out of the operator track when the arm is cranked out to approx. the center of the track. Do you think it is an issue with the bushing/roller - or something else? If the bushing, is that available by itself? (par ... (cont.)

I have attached pictures of the casement window crankcase that needs replacing. It is an Entry Gard Truth 3084IL which I believe corresponds with Swisco part 39-031 and 39-032. I could not obtain an exact measurement for the long arm but it appears to be 10" and the short arm is 4 1/16". Will you be ... (cont.)

Hi I'm looking for replacement parts for an older crank set. Have provided photos for reference. Can you please advise if you have these parts.

The window opens without a problem by pushing the glass, but the crank is no longer attached. See the photos; the photo with the metal cover over the mechanism is from another window by the same manufacturer. I believe the manufacturer was Weather Shield. What part do we need? The window is Milguard from about 1995. The top of the long arm is stamped with "Entry Gard TRUTH" The bottom of the long arm is stamped "30757LH" The shorter angled arm is stamped "30851" The shorter straight arm (attached to the angled arm) is stamped "20312" It looks like the spiral gear on the ...
