One leaf of French Casement window does not operate properly, or operates with difficulty. I have tried to tighten the handle's grip on the turning mechanism but that only helps for short period of time if at all. Maybe treads are stripped. The sprocket (crank?) is worn and cover has no collar for sprocket to stay in

Entry gard Truth The part I would like to replace is the bottom rusted bar that is attached to a track under the window sash. The bar is 5 inches and the track under the window sash is 7 inches. Thanks!

This product was made by truth hardware I can't seem to find it on their site there was a number on the arm of the mechanism it is R30842 and I didn't seem to have any luck with that either the window is in great shape it's just the crank out pin gets stripped or chipped and even the mechanism is ... The only number anywhere is this one 20755. We don't know what brand window we have, they are all different. On one of the arms it says EntryGard. Also the word Truth is on the arm

This is a crank window -arm assembly for Crestline Window that has the name Entry Gard and the name Truth next to it engraved in the metal. The arm itself has a broken round plastic piece that needs to be replaced and has the # 30470 LH engraved on it. Can you please assist?
