For the duel replacement cranks is there a right and a left ?

Brand name of the window is Marvin, window are casements, windows are 30 years old.Brianwindows crank assembly is broken , windows do not openMarvin windows will not help us on this, i have contacted my rep.

On the final arm (silver in color) is stamped 20544. On the underside of the bent or angled arm that connects with the final arm is stamped 30636. One leaf of French Casement window does not operate properly, or operates with difficulty. I have tried to tighten the handle's grip on the turning mechanism but that only helps for short period of time if at all. Maybe treads are stripped. Window will close if pulling on frame while turning crank. ... (cont.)

The sprocket (crank?) is worn and cover has no collar for sprocket to stay in

Entry gard Truth The part I would like to replace is the bottom rusted bar that is attached to a track under the window sash. The bar is 5 inches and the track under the window sash is 7 inches. Thanks!

The only number anywhere is this one 20755. We don't know what brand window we have, they are all different. On one of the arms it says EntryGard. Also the word Truth is on the arm

We are looking for replacement parts for our crank out windows. The current parts have the name Entrygard Truth on them. One pic shows a number 31538A We would need one for left and right crank out.
