My home currently has Semco windows installed and one of my operators is stripped. I am not longer able to open or close the window without physically pushing on the window. Need closer as shown in pics and two plastic crank mechanism covers for interior under handles. Need to clarify, the piece that screws onto the window frame is the part that is damaged. the rest of the closer is intact. I ordered 39-155 and received something similiar, but unidentifiable. I sent an email a few minutes ago, then found I could attach a picture.

This is a 20" by 20" window installed in 1996. The crank mechanism is what I need to replace. Lock is okay...handle is okay.

I'm looking for the piece at the top of the picture. I don't know the name but it connects to the crank handle. The part that connects to the handle is 3/8" and the manufacturer of the operator is Truth. The part I'm looking to replace has a small chip at the end. I can open the window no prob ... (cont.)

Hello I have a client with windows that are in good shape but the locking mechanisms no longer latch. Can you help us identify the correct hardware information based on the attached photos so that I can order it from you?

The bottom boards get rotted after many years of service. The good one is the left window looking from inside. The one I need is the right side. Can I buy the bottom board or the entire window, just the removable part. Old hardware is still ok, rusty, but it works. A friend made the one on the left ... (cont.)

Not able to find any numbers that identify operator. Have Caradco windows. Can research to see if able to ID from old paperwork. Handle has 45054 stamped in metal.

Please advise if you have these exact systems for replacement. Long arm is 9 1/2 ". Crank base is 4" wide and 1.5 " deep. Need it for left opening window as well as right opening window.
