39-155 Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2"

The gears that turn with each other has missing teeth, so hope to just replace piece(s) under sash.

I need to replace two window cranks that say they are Entry Gard by Truth 20755. Both arms seem to move in the same direction. Could you please give me some assistants on what I might need.

Hi I am replacing my window operators from 1982 Pozzi windows. I have installed a new Jeld Wen window recently and like the operator on that window. I believe the operator can be used on the existing windows. Can you identify this casement window operator? Mark

Look to replace two window cranks #1 30472 RH 11" from center screw hole to end of arm. Arm 20755 is 3 3/4" #2 30470 LH 11" from center screw hole to end of arm. Arm 20755 is 3 3/4" Please note for some reason it will not let me upload photos. E-mail me and I can send.

I ordered new 39-031 and 39-032 cranks for windows and the part looks exactly the same but the arm on the flexing joint is too long. Everything else is exactly the same except this one piece. Crank does not operate. Shaft comes off with handle. Will not operate window. Need new mechanism.

Thanks for posting. See either our 39-031 & 39-032, or our 39-155 & 39-156. Compare the dimensions of both sets of operators with your old hardware to see if either is a close match.

Hi, I need to replace the operator for one of my Caradco windows. The corkscrew bore has broken off. I ordered your opposite operators 39-155 and 39-156. But the order arrived and the -156 was your similar-but-different 39-032. I did install the -032 you folks sent to me. And because of the longer link arm I put the notch in the side trying to get it to fit. As for needing an inch or so, that is ... (cont.)

I have a Caradco crank that is stripped/no longer works. I thought I saw 20755 on the crank the last time I took the screen off, but this time I can't see that number. I am attaching a couple pics to see if you can help me find the right crank to order.

I have one left hand hinge crank out window that the complete hinge assemble has rotted away and needs to be completely replaced. Is this enough info for you to send me the necessary replacement parts?Thank youJohn

K&K printed on operator cover. Entry Guard Truth stamped on one of the arms. Window is 33 1/2" wide and 31 1/2" tall.

I ordered the Caradco crank 39-155 but the short arm is 3-13/16" compared to my Short arm length of 2 3/4". What operaor do I need.
