I have a Norco casement window mechanism that needs replacing. This is a right hand opening (crank on left side of the window) window. The long arm has EntryGard TRUTH stamped on the top side and 40754 on the other. The short articulated arms have 20755 on the top side, where the end attaches to the ... (cont.)

Hello, I am looking for replacement parts for two different operators. Operator #1 is part of a casement window which came with the house which was built in 1988. Need help getting correct hardware for crankout window

I am looking for replacement cranks for Pozzi windows -originally installed in 1997. I don't have part numbers, just above photos.

We need all the replacement parts for the cranks. We have three broken

The gears that turn with each other has missing teeth, so hope to just replace piece(s) under sash.

I need to replace two window cranks that say they are Entry Gard by Truth 20755. Both arms seem to move in the same direction. Could you please give me some assistants on what I might need.

Hi I am replacing my window operators from 1982 Pozzi windows. I have installed a new Jeld Wen window recently and like the operator on that window. I believe the operator can be used on the existing windows. Can you identify this casement window operator? Mark

Look to replace two window cranks #1 30472 RH 11" from center screw hole to end of arm. Arm 20755 is 3 3/4" #2 30470 LH 11" from center screw hole to end of arm. Arm 20755 is 3 3/4" Please note for some reason it will not let me upload photos. E-mail me and I can send.

I ordered new 39-031 and 39-032 cranks for windows and the part looks exactly the same but the arm on the flexing joint is too long. Everything else is exactly the same except this one piece. Crank does not operate. Shaft comes off with handle. Will not operate window. Need new mechanism.
