I have one right handed casement window and one left handed. The crank on the left works but the operator keeps getting stuck at the hinge and stud bracket on the left. The one on the right the crank only opens the window, when I try and close it the gears won't catch. The window are over 25 years ... (cont.)

Hi!I have a bay window with two panes that open with a crank.The handle of one of them broke. It seems that the "screw" part that the handle is rotating doesn't want to hold onto a the "gear" part that opens or closes the window.Is there a part that I could replace to fix that?I attach some pictures ... These are truth operating arms on Norco windows. Both are for left hand casement outside looking in.I measured one arm at 9 1/4 inches and the other at 9 1/2 inches. The plastic wheels on the operator arms are worn out. The casement windows are from Atrium Windows manufactured in Dec 2003. "EntryGard Truth" is imprinted on the operator arms. Are replacement plastic wheels available? I would like to confirm that the operator arms part numbers 39-031 and 39-03 ... (cont.)

The crank on my window does not work. The gears appear to no be working and not sure the part I need. The arms work fine. The window opens left to outside.

My picture is listed on the left of a Norco casement window operator crank outassembly. Numbers on the operator; R30842 and on the arm 20755. The long arm is9-1/8" the short arm is 3-3/4". I am missing the handle and the post for the handle for a casement window. It appears to be Cardaco entry guard. Dual arm.

Numbers on closer includes 20810 and 31538A.However the piece marked 20810 does not appear to be 4 7/16" as your photo of 39-031 indicates.Would 39-031 still work in this window?
