I ordered your opposite operators 39-155 and 39-156. But the order arrived and the -156 was your similar-but-different 39-032. I did install the -032 you folks sent to me. I have a Caradco crank that is stripped/no longer works. I thought I saw 20755 on the crank the last time I took the screen off, but this time I can't see that number. I am attaching a couple pics to see if you can help me find the right crank to order.

K&K printed on operator cover. Entry Guard Truth stamped on one of the arms. Window is 33 1/2" wide and 31 1/2" tall.

I ordered the Caradco crank 39-155 but the short arm is 3-13/16" compared to my Short arm length of 2 3/4". What operaor do I need.

I have one right handed casement window and one left handed. The crank on the left works but the operator keeps getting stuck at the hinge and stud bracket on the left. These are truth operating arms on Norco windows. Both are for left hand casement outside looking in.I measured one arm at 9 1/4 inches and the other at 9 1/2 inches.
