The plastic wheels on the operator arms are worn out. The casement windows are from Atrium Windows manufactured in Dec 2003. "EntryGard Truth" is imprinted on the operator arms. Are replacement plastic wheels available? I would like to confirm that the operator arms part numbers 39-031 and 39-03 ... (cont.)

The crank on my window does not work. The gears appear to no be working and not sure the part I need. The arms work fine. The window opens left to outside.

Please provide the dimensions of product code 39-155 and 39-031 so we can compare to our old Entrygard Truth. Our broken Entrygard Truth is K&K, longer arm code 30470LH, 9-1.2" The other arm has 3 codes: total about 10". 20545, 2-7/8" 20810, 4-1.2" and 30841L The base code 40471, 4-15/16" X 2-1/ ... (cont.)

Hi, I'm attempting to replace the hinge pictured. I purchased 39-155 but the pivoting length of the upper arm was too short. Everything else seemed to be the same

My picture is listed on the left of a Norco casement window operator crank outassembly. Numbers on the operator; R30842 and on the arm 20755. The long arm is9-1/8" the short arm is 3-3/4". Are the numbers I selected correct or not; 39-155 and 39-156?I need a right and a left one, I have handle and c ... (cont.)

I am missing the handle and the post for the handle for a casement window. It appears to be Cardaco entry guard. Dual arm.

Numbers on closer includes 20810 and 31538A.However the piece marked 20810 does not appear to be 4 7/16" as your photo of 39-031 indicates.Would 39-031 still work in this window?

I need to replace this crank mechanism. The worm gear has come out and the window will not crank. I read that one of the arms may bind and I might need to replace it with another arm and rivet. Please advise. Thank you. John T

Need replacement for Norco window crank 40471 #30470LH on long arm and measures 9.5? has Entry Gard truth stamped in it S shaped #3084L measures 4? Base of crank has Truth stamped into it

Measured 9.5? on the long arm with #30470LH on back side.

Window crank will open window but not close it.

Looking for part #20755 and #20545c I bought operators from you #39-155 and #39-156. They worked great.
