Hi Swisco, Please see the attached picture of my old crank and the incorrect ones we ordered (39-172 and 39-171).

Hello I've used your service many times. I need a truth operator similar to 39-171. The arm part that attaches to the sash is 3 1/2 inches on center. Tip to tip is approx 4 inches or 3 15/16. I can't get the crank to detach. Dont have a tool to get underneath seems to be 2 scews under the bottom of the part that the handle gets attached to. There isn't enough space because of the window sill. Is there a special tool that I have to get that would fit underneath.

I have been trying to find a replacement for this operator for my kitchen casement window (on the right) with same one (or a universal that will fit).
