I have a Greatlakes casement window with a crank opener. It is about 19 years old. The crank will open the window fine BUT when I go to close the window the crank just spins and won't close window. HELP

The Truth arm operator work on all my windows, but handles on 3 of the 5 windows spin. The handle is made by weathershield in Medford Wisc. and it does not have a set screw on the bottom. Do you have this handle? Thank you, Mike F

I ordered hardware for crank window 39-172 and 39-171. All the size dimensions are the perfect size, but the swing arm is 5" and i need 4". With that being said the window wont close all the way now. I can't get the crank to detach. Dont have a tool to get underneath seems to be 2 scews under the bottom of the part that the handle gets attached to. There isn't enough space because of the window sill. Is there a special tool that I have to get that would fit underneath.
