Hi, I'm looking for a replacement part. the measurement from screw to screw is 5" but the arm is 4 and 3/8th ( or 4" from the center of the holes in the arm) Do you have a replacement part like this. All the other parts listed on your website list a 5" arm

Not item # 39-187. I tried this part and the piece that comes out of the gears first was too short. Item #39-187 is very similar to what I need. Bronze color.

Have never used this window decided to open it up because I need to make a screen for it and it is broken The only part number I could get is US PAT 4505601

Good afternoon, I am looking for a replacement for the attached pictured single arm casement operator left hand which measures approximately 4 and a quarter inches.

The Dyad crank 5" operator #39-089 is a 5" hole on center and the arm is 5" . I need it with a 4 7/16 arm.

I need a replacement piece for my operator.Thelong chrome piece measures 12in. the numbers on one end of chrome piece are 40301. I need direction on how to proceed to order the replacement piece.
