I just sent photos of what we are looking for (Suggested 39-187) Pleas see the attached photo's the lower arm measure smaller than the one you just sent pictures of.

Can you please assist in identifying this part. Window manufacturer is Silverline. It is bottom hinge/operator. Thank you.

Looking for a Truth Dyad operator with a 4.5" arm. I have purchased the 39-187 & 39-188, and the 5" arm is not properly connecting. Can you think of any alternate solutions?

I found the crank the only difference is my arm is 4.50" not 5" the screw locations match @ 5"

I found two items on your site: 39-187 and 39-089 Both look identical to my crank assembly except that the arm on mine measures 4.5 inches end to end instead of 5. Do you have a matching part or will will the 5 in one work fine? Thank you, -Brian

Thuth ( or truth) label on the window crank- 30866 number. Also truth- 40887 and 3120B on the swing assembly Looking for replacements due to rusting out.

Vinyl casement linkage has a black plastic slider that Goes back and forth on upper and lower rail 2 uppers 2 lowers need to be replaced Wether just plastic or entire linkage/ rail we are flipping This house and can't close until repaired In addition I found other dead cranks 39-188 and 39- 187 a ... Hi,Looking for the correct replacement for this Truth operator. Both bars measure 5", window opens to the right when viewed from inside.holes are 5" apart as well.Hope you can help,Thanks!Brad

5" straight arm stamped 30866. No stamp on bent arm. Bent arm measures approximately 3.625" pivot to pivot. My customer needs this part ASAP. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you!

See photos for measurements and markings. There were no other markings other than the words truth and an arrow. Any insight to what part this is would be great! As a guess these windows were installed in about 2008. Thanks!
