39-193 LH Window Crank Operator, 3/8" Hole

I need to replace the awning window operators in a house we just purchased they're all the same size locally I cannot find one where the arm bands to the inside of the operator instead of the outside please help.

We need a left hand window crank for windows placed in 1985.

In search of a right and left hand crank. The current ones don't work and have no names or numbers on them.

My house was built in 1973 and the orfinal crank windows are in the porch that is a 3 season room. The windows are in good shape but need new cranks. Inside markings look to be D-186,202 US 1963 on the left side and 11500-4 1-LH on the right. Any assistance finding a replacement would be greatly appreciated
